Hello, I’m Eloise Jiggins, property consultant in the Cayman Islands.

I have been very successful investing in properties in Cayman and my career at Century 21 comes from a true passion for real estate.

Who is Eloise Jiggins

Originally from Montreal in Canada, I have made Cayman my home.

I have graduated from the University of Quebec in Montreal where I received a BA in Communications.

That led to the position of Event Planning Manager at Bell Canada where I planned several highly visible events for my Enterprise partners.

I later ran my own company for 8 years, specializing in Internet Marketing. Therefore, my high organisation and interpersonal skills where put to good use. I also thrived in a fast-paced environment.

The Cayman Islands use a Multiple Listing System (MLS) similar to the system in place in the US and Canada.

What it means it that as an agent member of CIREBA, the Cayman Islands Real Estate Brokers Association, I have access to ALL the properties listed through the major brokers of Cayman.

I have access to the properties the moment they become available to buy or to rent.

I can list, show and sell all the properties currently on the market.
