It has the largest real estate portal in the islands thanks to its Multiple Listing System (MLS). It’s similar to the ones used in the US and Canada and it’s a powerful marketing tool.
Because I am an agent member of CIREBA I can list, show, and sell your property via the MLS too.

Help with Negotiations, Contracts, and Closings
Negotiating real estate can be a very tricky business. Having an experienced agent in your corner makes all the difference.
Working with you I will make sure the negotiations go as smoothly as possible.
After the negations are completed and the price and other important details have been agreed the next part of the process is preparing the contract.
This begins with a standard form of contract produced by CIREBA. It’s called an Offer to Purchase. It includes the agreed price of the property and what is included, such as furniture and fittings.
The Offer to Purchase also includes a breakdown of what the buyer is expected to pay. This includes the deposit and when the payments should be made.
After you and the buyer have both signed the Offer to Purchase, it becomes a contract to purchase when the conditions are fulfilled (if applicable).
All that’s left after that is the day of closing and when it comes around I will be there to support you too.
At that point, everything is official and I get to say, “Congratulations, you just sold your property.”
